If an item in your order is damaged in transit, we will replace the affected item, offer a refund for its value, or provide a gift voucher of replacement value. Refund requests for damaged items must be made within seven (7) days of delivery. -
Delayed Delivery
We partner with a reputable courier service to ensure timely deliveries, but occasionally, unforeseen events such as airline strikes, severe weather, or peak season demand may delay delivery. Requests for refunds due to delayed delivery are not policy, though consideration may be given on a case-by-case basis.
