What is in the bag

A tea bag we would drink ourselves.

Most cinnamon tea bags are dust and offcuts, lifted with flavouring. Ours hold the same Alba-grade flake, Ceylon tea and ground white cloves that go into the 90g tins — cut finer so they steep faster, and nothing else.

  • 3.5g per bag. Enough for a full 250ml cup, not a tinted one.
  • Real ingredients in all three. Alba is 100% Alba-grade Ceylon Cinnamon. Golden adds Premium Ceylon Tea. Oxi adds Premium Ceylon Tea and Premium Ground White Cloves. That is the whole list.
  • No flavouring, because it needs none. No preservatives, no additives, no anti-caking agents, no “natural flavour”. Our ingredients come off our own estate and fly here — we never sea freight — so they still taste of themselves by the time they reach the bag.
  • NeoSoilon® bag material, certified organic. A fine mesh pyramid, so the flake can open and the water can move through it. A flat paper sachet cannot do that.
  • HACCP-certified. Our tea bags are packed to the HACCP hazard-analysis standard.

Every part of this was a decision: the grade we keep instead of export, the way it travels, the mesh it steeps in, the box it arrives in. That is what the price is.

How to brew

One bag. Five minutes.

No strainer, no spoon, nothing to wash.

  1. One bag per cupDrop it straight into the cup or pot.
  2. Pour boiling waterAbout 250ml per bag.
  3. Steep 3–5 minutesLonger for a stronger cup. Golden and Oxi take a splash of milk.
