How to use them

A spoonful changes the dish.

Ceylon Cinnamon is naturally sweeter and more delicate than the cassia most supermarkets sell, so it sits as easily in a curry as it does on toast.

Every pantry product starts with the same Alba-grade Ceylon Cinnamon that goes into our brews. This is everything that is in them.

  • Cinnamon Honey. Premium Australian Honey and Alba-grade Ceylon Cinnamon powder.
  • Cinnamon Powder. 100% Premium Ceylon Cinnamon, Alba grade, ground without heat.
  • Cinnamon Sugar. Premium Ceylon Cinnamon and Premium Australian Raw Sugar.
  • Alba Cinnamon Quills. 100% Alba-grade Ceylon Cinnamon quills.
  • And nothing else. No additives, no preservatives and no anti-caking agents.
  • Ceylon, not cassia. Most supermarket cinnamon is cassia, which tastes harsher. Ceylon Cinnamon, the true cinnamon, is naturally sweeter, lighter and more delicate.
