🌿 Our Sourcing Story
Hand-peeled from our 100-year-old family plantation in southern Sri Lanka, our Ceylon cinnamon is sun-dried and ground without heat to preserve its natural essential oils, antioxidants, and aroma. Farm-to-bottle in 7–10 days — fully traceable and ethically sourced.
Why Ceylon, not Cassia? Unlike common cassia (often sold as "cinnamon"), true Ceylon cinnamon is naturally lower in coumarin, making it safe and ideal for daily enjoyment. It's the real thing — pure, gentle, and crafted with generations of care.
