Cinnamon Gingerbread Men
You'll need

- 3 cups flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2 tsp The Auburn Cinnamon Powder
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 85g butter (soft)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup molasses
- The Auburn Cinnamon Sugar, to finish
Let's bake

- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.▶ 0:01
- In another bowl, mix the butter and sugar until fluffy.▶ 0:13
- Add the egg, vanilla and molasses. Stir well.▶ 0:15
- Mix in the dry ingredients to make a dough.▶ 0:18
- Wrap the dough and chill for 2 hours.▶ 0:20
- Roll out the dough and cut gingerbread shapes.▶ 0:22
- Bake at 190°C / 375°F for 12 minutes.▶ 0:27
- Cool, then decorate with cinnamon icing and sprinkle with The Auburn Cinnamon Sugar.▶ 0:30

Cinnamon Eggnog

- 2 large eggs, separated
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 tsp The Auburn Cinnamon
- The Auburn Cinnamon or Cinnamon Sugar, to serve
- Bourbon (optional)

- Whisk the egg yolks and sugar until pale.▶ 0:02
- Heat the milk, cream and cinnamon until hot.▶ 0:07
- Slowly whisk the milk into the yolks.▶ 0:16
- Return to the saucepan and cook over medium heat to 71°C / 160°F.▶ 0:22
- (Optional) Fold in whipped egg whites.
- Chill, then serve over ice with bourbon (optional) and a sprinkle of The Auburn Cinnamon or Cinnamon Sugar.▶ 0:27

Easy Cinnamon Rolls

Dough
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 egg
Filling
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp The Auburn Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp The Auburn Cinnamon Sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Icing
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1–3 tbsp milk or cream
- The Auburn Cinnamon Sugar or Cinnamon, for dusting
Method

- Mix the flour, sugar, salt and yeast in a bowl.▶ 0:03
- Microwave the water, milk and butter until the butter melts. Stir into the dry ingredients.▶ 0:05
- Add the egg and knead for 5–6 minutes until smooth. Cover and rest for 5 minutes.▶ 0:09
- Roll the dough into a 38 × 23cm (15 × 9 inch) rectangle.▶ 0:23
- Spread with butter, then sprinkle with The Auburn Cinnamon, Cinnamon Sugar and sugar. Roll up and cut into 9 rolls.▶ 0:27
- Place in a greased 23cm (9 inch) square pan. Cover and let rise in a warm, turned-off oven for 20 minutes.▶ 0:30
- Bake at 190°C / 375°F for 15–20 minutes, until golden.▶ 0:32
- While the rolls bake, stir the butter, powdered sugar and vanilla for the icing.
- Add milk until smooth and pourable.
- Drizzle over the warm rolls and dust with cinnamon.▶ 0:33

Yes, on every Christmas hamper. Standard shipping is free on orders over AUD 49, and orders over AUD 120 travel by Express Post at no charge.

Who can order a Christmas Special with wine?
