What's the difference between Ceylon Cinnamon and regular cinnamon?
Ceylon Cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), also called True Cinnamon, is native to Sri Lanka. Its aroma is sweeter, lighter and more delicate than cassia, the cinnamon most commonly sold in supermarkets.
